How and where do you store a lithium battery SONY battery information? Should be fully charged or not?
I Sony camcorder and a desire to preserve the battery for as long as possible. Should I stop running completely before storing, or store it completely charged? And if you simply place it in a dark place, not attached to the camera?
i have had to store lithium batteries for Sony cameras information and cameras for several years without special attention. should be charged and put individually in plastic bags ziplock sandwich. it protects the environment and prevents shorts. When the camcorder is placed back into service, remember that you must set the clock and any other pre-sets. In my miniDV which means changing the audio 12 bits to 16 bits.
